alla asked us not to kill ourselfes , so how can it be for sake of Allah to stop taking treatment. And that will be not believing in Alla,s mercy and it is like giving up on God , instead we should prey and aske Allah for good health,the best Medicin is SADAQAT .
Does it is true if someone rejects taking treatment from deathful disease for the sake of Allah and die is going to get paradise of the Most Graceful ( and you are like in a status of people who died for the sake of Allah in a war)? Thanks for answer.

Our Imam Mohammad Nasser Al-Yamani peace be upon him taught us to never give up hope, because the mercy of Allah the Loving One is never ending even after death, Allah the Most High said: Say: {O My servants who have been prodigal regarding their souls, despair not of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives sins altogether. He is indeed the Forgiving, the Merciful.}
In the Holy Quran, the prophet Abrahim said: {And when I am sick, He heals me}26:80
{And remember Our servant Job. When he cried to his Lord: The devil has afflicted me with toil and torment}38:41
{Urge with thy foot; here is a cool washing-place and a drink.}38:42
So we learn that we should seek Allah and be patient by keeping our prayers, supplications, and never give up hope. We believe that Allah the healer and He want us to strive to be alive and to seek treatment that Allah made it available for us, even if doctors say you have only this period of time to live, should never give in to that, our souls are in the hand of Allah.
By not taking treatment and cause our selves to die does not make us martyrs to go to heaven.
No mater what kind of illness cancer or else we stay strong in our faith and do our part, and by submitting to the will of Allah the Most Merciful

In the name of Allah the most merciful
Allah has said in the Quran that the dead are divided
Some live in heaven which is above the seventh sky such as those who died for Allah
Some are in hell such as pharaoh and his people and will be also judged on the final day because Allah has sent them the message and they refused to believe it
Some sleep and don't feel a thing until the final day and some of them are resurrected twice the first being the first resurrection
Which has become soon to happen when niburu reachs us and the antichrist comes out
But not all of those who sleep are in hell because they include the people of heaven who came with their book in their right hand those who worshipped Allah for his heaven and only did what was mandatory worshipping because they want to get what Allah promised his good worshippers
But there is another type of worshippers also those who did not stop at the Mandatory worshipping and wanted to make Allah more pleased with them and did good deeds that they know Allah loves and thus Allah loves them more and gives them a higher place in heaven and they enter it as soon as they die
As for praying for the dead may Allah forgive them, it is what you should do because Allah is not happy when his worshippers are in hell he is sad and we wish that he will be not and not because we are sad for those in hell but because Allah is sad about them and we want him to be satisfied that is the is the true worshipping of Allah and if you refuse the heaven and ask for it you'll find that Allah is the most merciful of all
