All the peace and blessings of the Almighty be upon Nasser Muhammed, his family and all those who believe.

I would like to ask this following question:

Last year, I had a nightmare which disturbed me- I immediately said a prayer and asked the Almighty for advice before I fell asleep again.

I had a dream in which I was told to be sending salutations and blessings upon the family of Prophet Muhammad - peace and blessings be upon them all. The dream also continued that if I was tired of repeating, I was to employ the use of computer to do the auto-salutation via loop playing of the video.

I have since that day, read the following:
1. Durood Ibrahimi
2. Durood Tunnajinna
3. Simply asking the Almighty to bless the family of Prophet Muhammad and his family and all the people who believe in the word of the Almighty till the final hour.

My question is:
1. Which is the best way of sending the salutations?
2. Are the three points I have mentioned above good?
