There is no prayer duty for the menstruating and those who just gave birth for the absence of one basic reason .for purity which is the impurity of menstruation blood.
And fasting is postponed because of waving the prayer (duty)..
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all prophets and messengers from the first one to the seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah, and upon their families and those who followed them with righteousness in every
time and place till the day they are resurrected.
I surely do not find in the Book of Allah that the menstruating does prayer, for she is not purified from blood. And purification is one of the bases for ablution. For this her obligatory prayers are dropped, also the voluntary prayers, as well is the one who gave birth. However Allah commanded them to mention Allah numerously so the tongue of the menstruating and the one just gave birth stay moist with Allah's remembrance during the menstruation. Indeed Allah did not prevent the menstruating and who just gave birth from His remembrance during the days of menstruation; in fact a frequent mentioning of Allah.
For example Mary forgiveness and peace be upon her, surely on the day when she gave birth she was speechless with people and exchanged that with glorification to her Lord, so her tongue stayed moist with the mentioning of Allah.
Also she can read the Quran but the prayers are lifted for the reason she can not be purified from the impurity of blood, and purification is one of the bases for ablution. Therefor Allah did not command her to fast for the fact that her body needs nutrition due to the loss of the menstruation blood, as well there no fasting when no prayers, except she makes up fasting but not the prayers, because the prayers are not required to be redone on other days like fasting. And if Allah permitted the days of prayers to be made up on other days, then the Mosques would be vacant from worshipers and people would have easiness over their prayers, then the individual would be inclined to promise his lord of making up his prayers until death overtake him.
Anyway we are here affirming the validity of the fatwa of the scholars that there is no prayers and fasting for the the menstruating and the one who just gave birth and that she can make up fasting but not prayers.
And I do not find that a violation to the decisive-law of Allah's Book, for the fact the blood is of the impurities and they can not be purified due to the absence of one basic of the essential bases of ablution which is purification. Therefore, for them, it was lifted the obligatory prayers in exchange of the numerous mentioning of Allah during the days of menstruation as much as they can as did Mary forgiveness and peace be upon her when she gave birth of the messenger of Allah (Essa) Jesus son of Mary forgiveness and peace be upon them:
{Surely I have vowed a fast to the All Merciful, so I will not speak to any man today.}26 Mariam Allah the Great is Most truthful
And we device from this that never abandon the mentioning of Allah and reading the Quran during the menstruation period and birth (time).
And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

ترفع الصلاة عن الحائض والنفساء بسبب فقدان ركن الطهارة من نجاسة دم الحيض
ويؤجل الصيام بسبب رفع الصلاة ..
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على كافة أنبياء الله ورسله من أوّلهم إلى خاتمهم محمد رسول الله وآلهم ومن تبعهم بإحسانٍ في كلّ زمانٍ ومكانٍ إلى يوم يبعثون، أمّا بعد..
فلا أجد في كتاب الله أنّ الحائض تُقيم الصلاة، لكونها ليست طاهرةً من الدم، والطهارة من أركان الوضوء ولذلك تسقط عنها الصلاة المفروضة وصلاة النافلة، وكذلك النفساء، ولكن الله أمرهنّ أن يذكرن الله كثيراً فيظلّ لسان الحائض والنفساء رطباً بذكر الله، فلم يمنع الله الحائض والنفساء من ذكره أيام الحيض؛ بل يذكرن الله كثيراً.
وعلى سبيل المثال مريم عليها الصلاة والسلام، فيوم كانت نفساء صامتةً عن الكلام مع الناس واستبدلته بالتسبيح لربِّها فيظلّ لسانها رطباً بذكر الله، وكذلك يقرأنَ القرآن، وإنّما رُفعت عنها الصلاة بسبب أنّها لا تستطيع الطهارة من دم النجاسة والطهارة ركنٌ من أركان الوضوء، ولم يأمرها الله بالصيام لكون جسمها يحتاج إلى تغذية بسبب فقدان دم الحيض، وكذلك لا صيام بدون صلاة غير أنّها تقضي الصيام ولا تقضي الصلاة لكون الصلاة ليس لها قضاء في أيامٍ أُخَر كمثل الصيام، ولو أذِن الله بقضاء صلاة أيّامٍ في أيامٍ أُخر لخلت بيوت الله من المُصلّين وتهاون الناس عن صلاتهم ويمكث المرء يعد ربه بقضاء الصلوات حتى يدركه الموت.
وعلى كل حال فنحن نؤكد صحة فتوى العلماء في أنّه لا صلاة على الحائض والنفساء ولا صيام وأنّها تقضي الصيام ولا تقضي الصلاة. ولا أجد في ذلك مخالفةً لمحكم كتاب الله لكون الدم من النجاسات ولن يستطعن الطّهارة وفقدن ركناً من أركان الوضوء الأساسية وهي الطهارة، ولذلك رفع عنهنَّ فرض الصلاة واستبدل لهنَّ الله أن يذكرن الله كثيراً في أيام الحيض ما استطعنَ كذِكر مريم عليها الصلاة والسلام حين كانت نفساء برسول الله المسيح عيسى ابن مريم عليهم الصلاة والسلام: {إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ الْيَوْمَ إِنسِيًّا ﴿٢٦﴾} صدق الله العظيم [مريم].
ونستنبط من ذلك عدم هجر ذكر الله وتلاوة القرآن في أيام الحيض والنفاس.

If person doesn't do obligatory prayer he doesn't have to fast in Ramadan? I have a debate with muslim brother. He says it's ok to fast even if you never did and started SALAT in your life. Please answer YES or NOT. All these information now confused the mind. Thank you.

The imam said that women who have their period can read the quran and touch it, but can neither pray nor fast,
since fasting must go together with prayer, i will look for the exact statement and translate it for you.

The logical conclusion is as follows
if woman can not pray during their menstruation, the imam said then they can not fast.
because. fasting and praying must go hand in hand,
this is what i undestand from the imam statement
And fasting is postponed because of waving the prayer (duty)..
Hence the logical deduction is that fasting without prayer is not acceptable,
if however you still want to do it without prayer then the question is , what is stopping you from prayer
it is my understanding that there are many forms of fasting
religious fasting like ramadan or voluntarly fasting (outside of ramadan)must be accompanied with prayer
If you fast without praying then it is not religious fasting anymore, unless there is a good reason why you are not praying
forms of non religious fasting is water fast, juice fast, intermitted fast and many other forms mainly for health reasons, but in all cases if your intension is for Allah then it is best accompanied with prayers
during fasting the senses are magnified and prayer directs us to Allah, without prayer it is very possible we become agitated, impulsive and aggressive which means prayer protects us from such behavior

Yes brother it is his duty to fast in obedience to Allah’s command even if he is short on his other duties, he better repent and turn to Allah asking His forgiveness and keep his duty to Allah

Yes. But without doing prayer in life while ramadan or after fasting won't be counted because there is ayat about people who entered the fire

A scholar asks the Imam Nasser Muhammad Al Yamani to explain the meaning of this verse ”Al-Baqara 17”:
{Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.} Truthful Allah The Greatest.
{ مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَاراً فَلَمَّا أَضَاءتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللّهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لاَّ يُبْصِرُونَ } صدق الله العظيم ..
In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, peace and prayers of forgiveness upon my grand father Mohammad the messenger of Allah and upon his purified family and all the Ansar of Allah the One, peace and blessing of Allah upon you my beloved Ansar, and peace upon Abdul Al Qahar and all the searchers for the truth in the debate table, peace upon us and upon the good worshipers of Allah and peace upon the messengers and praise be to Allah lord of the worlds..
Allah The Most High said:
{Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe. (8) Fain would they deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realise (it) not! (9) In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves). (10) When it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "Why, we only Want to make peace!" (11) Of a surety, they are the ones who make mischief, but they realise (it) not. (12) When it is said to them: "Believe as the others believe:" They say: "Shall we believe as the fools believe?" Nay, of a surety they are the fools, but they do not know. (13) When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting." (14) Allah will throw back their mockery on them, and give them rope in their trespasses; so they will wander like blind ones (To and fro). (15) These are they who have bartered Guidance for error: But their traffic is profitless, and they have lost true direction, (16) Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see. (17) Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path). (18) Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith! (19) The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He could take away their faculty of hearing and seeing; for Allah hath power over all things.}
{وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّـهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿8﴾ يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّـهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿9﴾ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّـهُ مَرَضًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ ﴿10﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿11﴾ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿12﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿13﴾ وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿14﴾ اللَّـهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿15﴾ أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلَالَةَ بِالْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا مُهْتَدِينَ ﴿16﴾مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللَّـهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿17﴾ صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿18﴾ أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّـهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿20﴾}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صدق الله العظيم [البقرة]
And to you beloved Abdul Al Qahar, those verses tells you about the infidel believers those who show belief and hide their infidelity and cunning to repel mankind from following the Quran in every time and place, and they are devils of the mankind of the Jews in each time and place, they are the ones who believed once and then disbelieved and then believed and then disbelieved and then they became more disbelieving and had more cunning to repel from following the Quran. And what is meant by Allah’s words:
{Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.}
{مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللَّـهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿17﴾}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صد ق الله العظيم
And that is an example given that they are like the one who lit fire so the fire lighted what is around him so he sees that because of the fire light, and such an example means their belief in the beginning of the truth from their god, and then they were taken by pride into unrighteousness and they disbelieved because of envy from themselves, and Allah took his light from their hearts and left them in the darkness without sight.
And Allah also gave another example of those in the words of Allah:
{Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith! (19) The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still.}
{أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. [Al-Baqarah :19-20] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:19-20]
So look at the lightning when it lights it lights what's around you and then disappears, and also the fire when it's lit by one of you in the dark he will find it lighting what's around him and if it's extinguished the darkness comes immediately, and that is an example made to represent their hearts when Allah takes his light from their hearts for reasons they come with, so they see the right path and then they don't take it, and if they see the wrong path they take it and they take who fabricated on Allah a friend, and Allah makes them the believing unbelievers , just the same as Satan he believes that there is no god but Allah with no partners and believes in the resurrection and heaven and hell, but he unbelieved in Allah and hated his pleasure, and he follows what brings his wrath and anger and he seeks war with Allah and his supporters, and he wants to blow the light of Allah.
And just like him the devils of the mankind and Jin who shows belief and hide unbelief to repel the mankind from following the Quran using prophecies and stories different from the solid of the book of Allah, and they were very good at playing the role of believers until they confused the devils of Jin that are in their bodies because of their accurate acting when they meet true believers so they tell them that they believe and certain of the holy Quran, and they speak about Mohammad messenger of Allah and about the scholars of the Muslims with reason and truth until the devils of Jin that are in their bodies became confused of their accurate acting when they meet the true believers, but then the hypocrites mankind devils comfort the Jin devils when they are alone with them and say to them: we want to put on a good act of belief so the Muslims don't suspect us. And that is the true explanation of Allah’s words:{When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}
{وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿14﴾}

Although that the devils have companions who exist in their bodies when they meet the true believers, but the devils of the Jin became confused because of the accuracy in the acting of the devils of mankind who pretend to believers when they find the believers but they comfort them when they are alone with them they say to them:{We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}
{إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صدق الله العظيم
And among those people and among who are the same as them the example was given by Allah that Allah took away their light although they are believers, and the reason is the envy they have in their hearts. and Allah The Most High said:{Quite a number of the People of the Book wish they could Turn you (people) back to infidelity after ye have believed, from envy from themselves, after the Truth hath become Manifest unto them: But forgive and overlook, Till Allah accomplish His purpose; for Allah Hath power over all things.}
{وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِّنْ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ ۖ فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّـهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١٠٩﴾}

A scholar asks the Imam Nasser Muhammad Al Yamani to explain the meaning of this verse ”Al-Baqara 17”:
{Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.} Truthful Allah The Greatest.
{ مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَاراً فَلَمَّا أَضَاءتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللّهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لاَّ يُبْصِرُونَ } صدق الله العظيم ..
In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, peace and prayers of forgiveness upon my grand father Mohammad the messenger of Allah and upon his purified family and all the Ansar of Allah the One, peace and blessing of Allah upon you my beloved Ansar, and peace upon Abdul Al Qahar and all the searchers for the truth in the debate table, peace upon us and upon the good worshipers of Allah and peace upon the messengers and praise be to Allah lord of the worlds..
Allah The Most High said:
{Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe. (8) Fain would they deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realise (it) not! (9) In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves). (10) When it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "Why, we only Want to make peace!" (11) Of a surety, they are the ones who make mischief, but they realise (it) not. (12) When it is said to them: "Believe as the others believe:" They say: "Shall we believe as the fools believe?" Nay, of a surety they are the fools, but they do not know. (13) When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting." (14) Allah will throw back their mockery on them, and give them rope in their trespasses; so they will wander like blind ones (To and fro). (15) These are they who have bartered Guidance for error: But their traffic is profitless, and they have lost true direction, (16) Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see. (17) Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path). (18) Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith! (19) The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He could take away their faculty of hearing and seeing; for Allah hath power over all things.}
{وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّـهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿8﴾ يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّـهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿9﴾ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّـهُ مَرَضًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ ﴿10﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿11﴾ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿12﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿13﴾ وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿14﴾ اللَّـهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿15﴾ أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلَالَةَ بِالْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا مُهْتَدِينَ ﴿16﴾مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللَّـهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿17﴾ صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿18﴾ أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّـهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿20﴾}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صدق الله العظيم [البقرة]
And to you beloved Abdul Al Qahar, those verses tells you about the infidel believers those who show belief and hide their infidelity and cunning to repel mankind from following the Quran in every time and place, and they are devils of the mankind of the Jews in each time and place, they are the ones who believed once and then disbelieved and then believed and then disbelieved and then they became more disbelieving and had more cunning to repel from following the Quran. And what is meant by Allah’s words:
{Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.}

And that is an example given that they are like the one who lit fire so the fire lighted what is around him so he sees that because of the fire light, and such an example means their belief in the beginning of the truth from their god, and then they were taken by pride into unrighteousness and they disbelieved because of envy from themselves, and Allah took his light from their hearts and left them in the darkness without sight.
And Allah also gave another example of those in the words of Allah:
{Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith! (19) The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still.}
{أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. [Al-Baqarah :19-20] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:19-20]
So look at the lightning when it lights it lights what's around you and then disappears, and also the fire when it's lit by one of you in the dark he will find it lighting what's around him and if it's extinguished the darkness comes immediately, and that is an example made to represent their hearts when Allah takes his light from their hearts for reasons they come with, so they see the right path and then they don't take it, and if they see the wrong path they take it and they take who fabricated on Allah a friend, and Allah makes them the believing unbelievers , just the same as Satan he believes that there is no god but Allah with no partners and believes in the resurrection and heaven and hell, but he unbelieved in Allah and hated his pleasure, and he follows what brings his wrath and anger and he seeks war with Allah and his supporters, and he wants to blow the light of Allah.
And just like him the devils of the mankind and Jin who shows belief and hide unbelief to repel the mankind from following the Quran using prophecies and stories different from the solid of the book of Allah, and they were very good at playing the role of believers until they confused the devils of Jin that are in their bodies because of their accurate acting when they meet true believers so they tell them that they believe and certain of the holy Quran, and they speak about Mohammad messenger of Allah and about the scholars of the Muslims with reason and truth until the devils of Jin that are in their bodies became confused of their accurate acting when they meet the true believers, but then the hypocrites mankind devils comfort the Jin devils when they are alone with them and say to them: we want to put on a good act of belief so the Muslims don't suspect us. And that is the true explanation of Allah’s words:{When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}

Although that the devils have companions who exist in their bodies when they meet the true believers, but the devils of the Jin became confused because of the accuracy in the acting of the devils of mankind who pretend to believers when they find the believers but they comfort them when they are alone with them they say to them:{We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}
{إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صدق الله العظيم
And among those people and among who are the same as them the example was given by Allah that Allah took away their light although they are believers, and the reason is the envy they have in their hearts. and Allah The Most High said:{Quite a number of the People of the Book wish they could Turn you (people) back to infidelity after ye have believed, from envy from themselves, after the Truth hath become Manifest unto them: But forgive and overlook, Till Allah accomplish His purpose; for Allah Hath power over all things.}

{أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. [Al-Baqarah :19-20] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:19-20]
So look at the lightning when it lights it lights what's around you and then disappears, and also the fire when it's lit by one of you in the dark he will find it lighting what's around him and if it's extinguished the darkness comes immediately, and that is an example made to represent their hearts when Allah takes his light from their hearts for reasons they come with, so they see the right path and then they don't take it, and if they see the wrong path they take it and they take who fabricated on Allah a friend, and Allah makes them the believing unbelievers , just the same as Satan he believes that there is no god but Allah with no partners and believes in the resurrection and heaven and hell, but he unbelieved in Allah and hated his pleasure, and he follows what brings his wrath and anger and he seeks war with Allah and his supporters, and he wants to blow the light of Allah.
And just like him the devils of the mankind and Jin who shows belief and hide unbelief to repel the mankind from following the Quran using prophecies and stories different from the solid of the book of Allah, and they were very good at playing the role of believers until they confused the devils of Jin that are in their bodies because of their accurate acting when they meet true believers so they tell them that they believe and certain of the holy Quran, and they speak about Mohammad messenger of Allah and about the scholars of the Muslims with reason and truth until the devils of Jin that are in their bodies became confused of their accurate acting when they meet the true believers, but then the hypocrites mankind devils comfort the Jin devils when they are alone with them and say to them: we want to put on a good act of belief so the Muslims don't suspect us. And that is the true explanation of Allah’s words:{When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}
{وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿14﴾}

Although that the devils have companions who exist in their bodies when they meet the true believers, but the devils of the Jin became confused because of the accuracy in the acting of the devils of mankind who pretend to believers when they find the believers but they comfort them when they are alone with them they say to them:{We are really with you: We (were) only jesting}
{إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. صدق الله العظيم
And among those people and among who are the same as them the example was given by Allah that Allah took away their light although they are believers, and the reason is the envy they have in their hearts. and Allah The Most High said:{Quite a number of the People of the Book wish they could Turn you (people) back to infidelity after ye have believed, from envy from themselves, after the Truth hath become Manifest unto them: But forgive and overlook, Till Allah accomplish His purpose; for Allah Hath power over all things.}
{وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِّنْ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ ۖ فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّـهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١٠٩﴾}
Truthful Allah The Greatest. [Al-Baqarah :109] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:109]
And Allah’s command to send the awaited Mahdi has come to reveal all of their cunning secrets to the worlds but most of the people don't thank Allah.

A scholar asks the Imam Nasser Muhammad Al Yamani to explain the meaning of this verse ”Al-Baqara 17”:
{Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.} Truthful Allah The Greatest.
{ مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَاراً فَلَمَّا أَضَاءتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللّهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لاَّ يُبْصِرُونَ } صدق الله العظيم ..
In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, peace and prayers of forgiveness upon my grand father Mohammad the messenger of Allah and upon his purified family and all the Ansar of Allah the One, peace and blessing of Allah upon you my beloved Ansar, and peace upon Abdul Al Qahar and all the searchers for the truth in the debate table, peace upon us and upon the good worshipers of Allah and peace upon the messengers and praise be to Allah lord of the worlds..
Allah The Most High said:
{Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe. (8) Fain would they deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realise (it) not! (9) In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves). (10) When it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "Why, we only Want to make peace!" (11) Of a surety, they are the ones who make mischief, but they realise (it) not. (12) When it is said to them: "Believe as the others believe:" They say: "Shall we believe as the fools believe?" Nay, of a surety they are the fools, but they do not know. (13) When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting." (14) Allah will throw back their mockery on them, and give them rope in their trespasses; so they will wander like blind ones (To and fro). (15) These are they who have bartered Guidance for error: But their traffic is profitless, and they have lost true direction, (16) Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see. (17) Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path). (18) Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith! (19) The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He could take away their faculty of hearing and seeing; for Allah hath power over all things.}
{وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّـهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿8﴾ يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّـهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿9﴾ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّـهُ مَرَضًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ ﴿10﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿11﴾ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿12﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿13﴾ وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿14﴾ اللَّـهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿15﴾ أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلَالَةَ بِالْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا مُهْتَدِينَ ﴿16﴾مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللَّـهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿17﴾ صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿18﴾ أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِم مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ ﴿19﴾ يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّـهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿20﴾}

And to you beloved Abdul Al Qahar, those verses tells you about the infidel believers those who show belief and hide their infidelity and cunning to repel mankind from following the Quran in every time and place, and they are devils of the mankind of the Jews in each time and place, they are the ones who believed once and then disbelieved and then believed and then disbelieved and then they became more disbelieving and had more cunning to repel from following the Quran. And what is meant by Allah’s words:

And Allah also gave another example of those in the words of Allah:
